Account data

Sign in, project, business context, content inventory, and billing records are scoped to your account through Supabase authentication and authenticated operations. One owner holds one account, with separately scoped projects. Your business context and private materials are not shared with other customers.

Notes and audio

Interview answers, author notes, writing references, recordings, and transcripts you save for an article stay private to your account. You can record in the browser, upload a recording, or paste text. When you request transcription, the recording is sent through OpenRouter to the configured speech model. You can paste a transcript instead. Corrections keep the original alongside your edited text, and your edited text takes precedence for writing. Removing a material removes its database record and its stored recording. Text notes and reference excerpts are excluded from hosted research prompts. Only add material you may share, and keep account keys out of notes, transcripts, screenshots, and chat transcripts.

Research and model processing

Kitecraft reads the website URL you supply to infer business context and voice, and inventories saved content. When you connect Google Search Console, Analytics, or PostHog, we import only the properties you select, or you can continue without analytics. Market research, visibility checks, transcription, planning, and brief research are processed through search providers and language models to produce saved evidence and writing packets. Original audio and transcripts are not sent to the research model. Sources appear as quoted evidence with retrieval dates, and missing evidence becomes a narrower claim or an explicit limitation. Public-site research and business context are processed through OpenRouter, using Muse Contributor for most language tasks. Contributor prompts and outputs may be used by the model provider to improve its products. Do not add confidential information to public research inputs. Submitted drafts and private article materials are excluded from hosted assessment; your own independent editor reviews them in your connected agent.

Service reliability

We keep account activity such as operation names, outcomes, times and request counts to operate and protect Kitecraft. We send redacted error reports to Sentry and PostHog, excluding request bodies, credentials, articles and transcripts. Product activation events use a pseudonymous account identifier to measure completed steps such as business analysis and brief delivery. These service reports are separate from optional website measurement. We use Langfuse to inspect research model inputs, outputs, model usage and costs. Transcription traces contain operation identifiers, duration, result length and reported cost, excluding recordings and transcript text. Credentials are redacted from exported traces.

Optional public measurement

If you accept measurement, we use PostHog and Google Analytics on public website pages to understand visits and improve the site. Your consent choice is stored in your browser. You can change it below. Optional analytics are excluded from sign in, onboarding, your dashboard, account help and API routes.

Session replay and automatic text collection are disabled. We do not put your private research, recordings or credentials into website analytics. Declining measurement does not prevent you from using Kitecraft.

Connected chats

If you connect ChatGPT, Claude or another supported MCP client, it can retrieve your project data, including private article materials. The chat provider receives what you retrieve under its own privacy settings and terms. Review access when connecting, and disconnect unused clients in Connect your agent. Disconnecting does not remove copies already returned to a chat.

Publishing responsibility

Your agent writes, edits, and publishes through your own tools. Kitecraft does not host a writer, review submitted drafts, or publish to your site. Review facts, claims, quotes, sources, and rights before you publish. Publication remains your decision.

Account deletion

Removing a material removes its stored recording. Closing your account removes associated project materials and recordings. To request account deletion or ask what is stored for your account, contact hello@kitecraft.ai from your account email. Prefer read only keys for inspection, and remove keys you no longer use.
