You are responsible for account activity, credential security, and maintaining accurate onboarding details. You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Kitecraft to:

• break laws or violate third-party rights;
• collect or process data you are not authorized to use;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
• misrepresent Kitecraft output as guaranteed outcomes;
• reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service.

4. Data, feedback, and customer content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Kitecraft a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service. Feedback may be used to improve Kitecraft without compensation.

5. Third-party services

Kitecraft may depend on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, monitoring, and communications. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes of third-party services.

6. Disclaimers

Kitecraft is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, specific model behavior, or guaranteed ranking, citation, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitecraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from service use.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or persistent violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
